Get Ready to Register for FWTEC Programs!

Before you begin the registration process for our programs, please take a moment to go through the following steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Prepping Your Club Auto Account

Create an Account or Log in to Club Automation 

  • Visit our website: https://fwtec.clubautomation.com/ 

  • If you already have an account, please log in with your credentials. 

  • If you are new to our programs, please create an account by clicking on the "Access my Account" button at the top right and following the instructions. 

Confirm Account and Contact Details 

By clicking on ‘View My Info’ you can view and update the following for each member of your household.  

  • Confirm Household Members: Click on the arrow next to the name at the top of your screen to ensure all players you wish to register are listed. If the player is not listed, you may add them using the ‘Paying For’ section at the bottom of the screen. 

  • Personal Information: Update your contact information, such as your phone number, address, emergency contact. If the date of birth is wrong, please email us at webmaster@fwtec.org and we will update it for you. 

  • Membership Information: If you hope to register during the member only time frame, be sure there is an active membership on your account. If it says ‘Guest’ or ‘Non-Member’ you will not have access to registration until the later registration period. 

Confirm Billing Information 

This must be updated through the primary account holder. Be sure the name at the top of your screen is the one with the star next to it. 

  • Billing Information: View your current card on file or edit to add a new payment option. 

  • Paying For: Shows you which people on your account you are currently paying for with the listed card on file. If your player is not listed, please add them by clicking on "Add a Family Member" and entering the necessary information. 

Prepare for Junior Program Registration

Select ‘Register for Classes' 

If the program you are looking for is NOT listed under Program Name, you may need to renew your membership, or we may need to update your player rating. Please reach out to Andrea Claassen at andrea@fwtec.org. 

  • Find the program you are interested in under ‘Program Name’ and select ‘View’ to see more information and program details. 

  • Under the program details you will find a short description and other key dates at the top of the page. By scrolling down, you will see all days, times, and prices for classes that are currently offered or that will be opening soon (future sessions show ‘Not Yet Open’) 

  • If the program is open, select ‘Sign Up’ and select the family member who will be participating. Note: You must check out to complete registration. 

Match Play Opportunities: Select ‘Group Activities’ 

Use the filter to select ‘Junior Classes’ to find all current match play opportunities. 

  • View by Class: To view all available classes listed alphabetically by program name.  

  • View by Date: Search for classes within a specific time frame. Select a date and it will display all classes for the upcoming week listed by the program time and date. Viewing by date will give you the best information regarding spots available, instructors and waitlist options.
