Junior Fitness Training Sessions


We are excited to offer Junior Fitness Training for juniors in High Performance and High School 1, 2, and 3 (ages 14+). These 45-minute sessions will focus on mobility, core work, balance, coordination, and strength training specific to tennis.

During the training sessions we will utilize various equipment such as the Bosu, exercise bands, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, bodyweight, dumbbells, and more. Due to the smaller class size, the lead trainer will help individualize the program to each participant's fitness needs. All classes are designed and instructed by a certified personal trainer.

Winter Session 2A (February 26 - March 24)
($80 for members, $100 for non-members)

Mondays (6:00-6:45 pm)

Summer session 1 (JUNE 17 - AUGUST 9)
($80 for members, $100 for non-members)

Mondays (11:00-11:45 am)
Tuesdays (3:00-3:45 pm)
Wednesdays (9:30-10:15 am)
Thursdays (3:00-3:45 pm)

Please note these sessions run for 45 minutes and NOT for a full hour as listed on Club Auto.
