Eric serves on the Capital Campaign committee of the FWTEC board, drawing on his experience as gift planner at Minnesota Philanthropy Partners, where he consults for nonprofits, individual donors and their attorneys, accountants, financial planners and other professional advisors. He has technical expertise in legal, tax, and financial planning elements of charitable giving including remainder trusts, lead trusts, gift annuities, donor-advised funds, endowed funds, gifts of real property, retained life estates, and closely-held assets. Before his work with MN Partners, he led major fundraising campaigns in both youth development and higher education, specializing in planned giving and major gifts.
