2013 Pro-Am

Mark your calendar for November 9, 2013. It’s our 2013 Pro-Am, a celebratory night of tennis with The Fort community.

proam save the date copy.jpg

We’ll be pairing local pros with local ams for a mini tennis tournament, our way of showcasing the tennis talent we’ve got at every level here in the Twin Cities. The tournament will be “Calcutta”-style, meaning pro-am teams will be up for “purchase” before the tournament begins. Can you pick the winning team?

We’ll also have fabulous food, beer and wine, and a silent auction with a variety of small-ticket and big-ticket items for bid.

Proceeds from the calcutta tournament, the silent auction and the entire Pro-Am evening will go directly towards Tennis2College, our youth development continuum that pairs low-income youth with tennis programming and academic support from elementary through high school. Our Tennis2College program made its official debut in 2012 and served more than 350 students last year; this year we’ve expanded our program offerings to include a summer camp and a weekend option for high school students. T2C is made possible by the generous support of our donors and patrons. You can learn more about Tennis2College and our non-profit mission here.
