Fred Wells Tennis & Education Center has received national attention for our gorgeous St. Paul tennis facility, our high-quality tennis programs for adults and juniors, and our innovative youth development programming for underserved Twin Cities youth.

Since we opened our doors in 2002, we've turned heads. We look and operate a little differently than most tennis centers. We've packed an innovative non-profit structure, superior youth programming and exceptional tennis facilities into one distinctive package.

We earned several prestigious awards over the years, including a 2015 and 2016 designation as a USTA Northern Premier Provider. That means we offer the highest level of Youth, Junior, Adult and coaching in the USTA Northern region.

Since 2012 we've been named USTA National Junior Tennis & learning (NJTl) Chapter of the Year, USTA Member Organization of the Year, and PTR Facility of the Year. And our tennis coaches, junior players and summer teams have racked up their own impressive list of achievements, including multiple appearances at Junior team tennis nationals.

In March 2017, Fred Wells Tennis & Education Center once again earned a Premier Provider award from the US Tennis Association for its variety of tennis opportunities in 2016.

Our junior tennis program is one of the best in the state--we routinely send junior team tennis participants to nationals.
